REWARD Incentive Scheme
Under the scheme, an
incentive will be paid to
Owner of a Singapore-based
horse in the form of a
"credit rebate" of $900 per
horse (WEF 1 April
2009), when his horse
meets the qualifying
criteria. The "credit
rebate" amount due to the
Owner will be used to offset
against his horse's monthly
training bill and the Owner
will only be billed the
balance by his Trainer. This
scheme is to help lower the
cost of keeping horses in
Singapore.
